William Sandals is a registered patent agent with particular emphasis in the areas of biotechnology, recombinant biology, medical equipment and devices, electrical, electronics, computing and mechanical.
His experience includes nine years with the United States Food and Drug Administration and the United States Patent
Office: a docket examiner for recombinant technology in immunology, virology, medicine, transcription, hybrid assays, DNA arrays, and anti-sense applications.
Mr. Sandals brings expert knowledge and experience to patent application preparation, filings, claims analysis, responses to office actions, and searches in patentability, interference, and freedom to operate.
